Individuals & Families
One-on-one, couples or family sessions are conducted in a safe, caring and confidential setting with the therapist engaging all in a path towards healing and restoration.
We work with children, teens and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, emotional regulation, life transitions, peer conflicts, bullying, family conflict, communication skills, parenting, and more.
